Our chef is a nightmare in the kitchen! If the ingredients aren’t the best available he blows his top. If the herbs and spices aren’t just so he goes ape. And if the flaky pastry isn’t crimped to perfection, he hits the bloody roof. He’s hell to work with – but you have to admit, he does make the most wicked pies and sausage rolls. The range of flavours is outstanding and we even have vegan pies so everyone is catered for.
