As you taste "The Vintage", the strong flavour develops in your mouth and makes it tantalisingly tasty. Its depth of flavour makes it an inspired and exceptionally tasty cooking vegan cheese. It is also delicious savoured on its own with crackers and a chutney of your choice, or as part of a vegan cheese platter.
