A primary grown yeast rich in vitamins and minerals. It has been inactivated by heat and roller dried. The result is yellow coloured flakes with nutty slightly yeasty, roasted flavour notes.
Designed to complement a vegetarian or vegan diet, supplying vitamin B12 as well as all the other B-vitamins and zinc. A portion of 10 grams contains the recommended daily intake of vitamins B12, B6, thiamin, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, folic acid and niacin, as well as organically bound zinc.
