From our family to yours! Field Roast sausages are made using traditional, old-country, sausage making practices. We begin, where all sausage lovers begin; with a grind; ours of grain meat. We chop our own fresh vegetables; eggplant, Yukon Gold potatoes, onions and garlic. Add some liquids; zesty lemon juice, rich red wine from a local winery, organic apple cider vinegar and finally the seasonings; fennel seed, sweet red pepper, rubbed sage, ginger, Chipotle and Chili de Arbol peppers and voila!; an artisan vegan sausage with sizzle, texture and personality!

Italian – made with fresh eggplant and packed with fennel, red wine, garlic and sweet peppers
INGREDIENTS: Filtered water, vital wheat gluten, expeller pressed safflower oil, eggplant, onions, yeast extract, kosher red wine (red wine, salt), garlic, barley malt, onion powder, dried red bell pepper, fennel seed, granulated garlic, sea salt and spices.
Mexican Chipotle – a spicy-hot blend of smoked Chipotle peppers, Chili de Arbol peppers, fresh chopped garlic, sweet onions seasoned with cumin seed and oregano
INGREDIENTS: Vital wheat gluten, filtered water, expeller pressed safflower oil, onions, garlic, apple cider vinegar, yeast extract, chipotle peppers, onion powder, granulated garlic, brown sugar, sea salt, barley malt, spices, black pepper, paprika oleoresin, chili de arbol peppers, cumin and oregano.
Smoked Apple Sage – a savory combination of apples and sage anchored with yukon gold potatoes with a subtle hint of hickory smoke
INGREDIENTS: Filtered water, vital wheat gluten, expeller pressed safflower oil, unsulfured dried apples, Yukon Gold potatoes, yeast extract, onion powder, barley malt, garlic, natural hickory smoke flavor with torula yeast, spices, sea salt and rubbed sage.
