This sweet little fundraising cookbook brings together a selection of tasty dishes - ranging from soups and salads and mains, to desserts, and cakes. All recipes are vegan, and include details about allergens such as nuts, soy, and gluten.
The book is beautifully designed by Wellington artist Kate Logan, and features colour photographs and stories about the sanctuary animals. A Taste of Freedom is 14 x 15 cm, 108 pages, and is spiral bound, for easier use in the kitchen.
